Be courteous and respectful. This costs you nothing and goes a long way.
Tyrs Paladium is committed to being a safe, welcoming community for all players.
Discrimination will not be tolerated. If you act or speak in a way that demeans or diminishes another person, you will be removed from the guild.
This includes, but is not limited to, disrespect based on race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age or disability.
We take pride in welcoming gamers of all ability levels. Many members enjoy the game while managing physical, cognitive or communication impairments. Please be patient and supportive. You never know who is behind the character you are speaking with or playing alongside.
Please use appropriate character names, forum names and handles. Vulgar or offensive names will not be tolerated.
Religion and politics should be avoided in general chat and guild chat as these subjects can cause unnecessary conflict.
If you are found intentionally creating or maintaining conflict or discomfort between players, you will be removed from the guild.
However, reporting a legitimate problem is not drama. If there is an issue, bring it privately to guild leadership. Only guild leadership can remove players from the guild.
Joking and goofing around are welcome, but malicious or disrespectful treatment of other players is not. Criticizing someone based on their game knowledge, skill level, build choices or experience is unacceptable.
When assembling a party, ask your guildmates whether they would like to join before soliciting other party members.
Please do your best to remain active in the guild community. You are not expected to participate in everything, but please look for opportunities to contribute through guild chat, the website and guild events when possible.
Please use one of your character names or your @handle as your Tyrs Paladium forum name. Current members should not change their forum names without speaking with leadership.
Please post an introduction in the Roster and Recruitment section of the website and add your characters to the Roster.
Please add your birthday to the website so we can embarrass you with a large birthday announcement. 😄
YOU DO NOT LEAVE PEOPLE BEHIND.
There is no zerging when exploring areas or completing structured missions. We run at the pace of the slowest person in the party. We support and encourage beginners.
If you need to log off or step away from your keyboard while in a party, clearly communicate this to the other party members. This is a matter of courtesy and respect.
Your actions reflect on Tyrs Paladium as a whole, especially when participating in pick-up groups.
We do not exploit the game. If you are caught intentionally cheating, you will be removed from the guild.
Dual-boxing or multi-boxing is not permitted when it interferes with a group effort, unless the group knows you are doing it and approves.
You may remain logged into multiple accounts when a group effort is not affected and no game rules are being broken.
The website, Discord server and any third-party voice-chat channels are extensions of the guild. All Tyrs Paladium rules apply on the website, in Discord, in voice chat, in guild chat and in-game.
Real life comes first.
Tyrs Paladium exists so that good people can enjoy games together, form lasting friendships and share memorable adventures.
Support one another. Be patient. Laugh often. Make memories.
HAVE FUN!!!!
To the great adventures ahead,
Commodore & Paks
